Here is a 1960 Triumph TR3 that I bought from a guy a few years ago.  He also had it for several years and had “illusions of restoration”.   It could be done without much more than a normal restoration.  Rough, but almost all there.  He pretty much tore it all down, but quit.  Most of the parts are temporarily attached and will be removed for transport.  He purchased new rear bumper guards, floor panels and outer rockers (cannot yet find the left rocker panel).  I would say 99% of the parts are there.  The only parts I haven’t found yet, I believe, are the wiper motor and the master cylinder bracket.  Please bid as if those parts aren’t present (thus, a bonus if I can locate them!).  The windshield and frame are in very nice condition, but filthy.  I cleaned the passenger side corner to be pleasantly surprised.  The trunk is solid, but there is one rust hole towards the rear left side.  The tire compartment is in good shape and the compartment lid works well.  I haven’t tried turning the motor, but we can assume that it’s locked.  Carbs will need a rebuild.  Intake and exhaust manifolds are good.  Convertible top frame works well, too.  Fenders are decent, but there’s a hole at the top of the left rear fender.  Gauges are all present.  Speedo and tach work.  Don’t know the condition of the small ones.  I didn’t test them.
